Today we hosted a Memorial for a beloved employee

Today we hosted a Memorial for a beloved employee of over 20 years, Don Kiss. It was a heartwarming celebration of his wonderful life. He spent his retirement with us bringing carts out and helping to wash them. We called him our oldest 'Cart Kid'. In recent years, Don picked the range for us. We would laugh and tell him he was promoted to "Range Captain". He was a big part of our Stonebridge family and will always be in our hearts with love and fond memories. 9.27.1936 - 8.19.2024

Despite Saturday’s rain, we are so pleased with how our indoor backup plan came together in less than 30 minutes. Shout out to University Flower Shop for assisting in the relocation of the statement piece to our portable hoop 🤗

From the couple “The day of the wedding it happened to rain so they changed the ceremony to inside and in 15 minutes they transformed the inside reception space into a beautiful ceremony that I will never forget. I cannot sing their praises more.”

The rain today from Hurricane Helene did not dampen the beautiful ceremony for William & Bradley! University Flower Shop created a breathtaking arrangement for the outdoor pergola, swags for ceremony chairs, statement pieces for the whiskey barrels and table centerpieces in beautiful fall colors! We hoped the rain would pass before 5:30pm, the couple decided to go with our indoor backup plan. We brought in our portable hoop to transfer the pergola arrangement along with all of the other florals. Within 15 minutes we were ready for indoor ceremony seating for 150. Following the ceremony, guests made their way to the outdoor tent where they enjoyed cocktail hour while we quickly slid the room back together in 15 minutes! We love how Bradley changed into a white dinner jacket after the ceremony. Best wishes to B&W, we loved hosting your wedding day!

FULL course today and not a single delay! All black squares represent a golf cart. We can see who is on pace and who might be falling behind. We send them a message directly to their cart and keep things running smoothly. Our carts have screens to receive messages from the pro shop, place food & beverage orders, play music and see extract yardage to the pin.

How do we keep excellent pace of play? Black means that every cart is on pace, yellow means they are beginning to fall behind. We never want to see RED. Red means a cart is 15 minutes or more behind pace.

What other public golf course can you play and finish your round in 4.5 hours on a busy day? Play Stonebridge!!
